Note: Dear customers, we inform you that after preparing the order, issuing the bill of lading for the order, and delivering it to the carrier company, the Jumla Pro website disclaims any responsibility for any damage resulting from shipping or delay in delivery, and the value of the order cannot be refunded after delivering it to the shipping company except in the cases mentioned in the exchange and return policy only, nothing else.

User Agreement (Terms and Conditions)

Introduction:
* All products displayed through the "Jumla Pro" platform are subject to the requirements and specifications of their local or international producers or distributors, and "Jumla Pro" does not bear any responsibility for manufacturing, storage, transportation, and shipping operations.
* Other than the guarantee provided by the supplier/seller - if any - the "Jumla Pro" store does not provide any responsibility or warranty towards any of the products provided through the platform, and the user understands the nature of these contracts and their consequences.
* Through the website and applications, "Jumla Pro" aims to create a distinct customer journey with online shopping. Therefore, we have written down the terms and conditions related to the stations of this journey as follows:

Our terms:

a. Access:
* The site may stop working in periodic or emergency maintenance cases or for force majeure reasons beyond our control.
* Errors and malfunctions will be fixed periodically according to the capabilities of "Jumla Pro."
* When the client uses our electronic windows, he is fully aware that this use falls within his responsibility for the contractual actions he concludes and that the goal for which he uses "Jumla Pro" is legitimate.
* The customer is solely responsible for the consequences of sharing his username and password on the "Jumla Pro" website or the email or access code sent by "Jumla Pro" with any person, facility, or entity.
* The user does not have the right to use or exploit any loophole or programming error to affect the "Jumla Pro" service or obtain a benefit that is not explicitly provided, and the user is obligated to compensate when he does so.
* "Jumla Pro" has the right to refuse to deal with the customer if he uses threats or physical or verbal violence towards any customer service, delivery employees, or anyone interested in dealing with the platform.

B. Content:
* Without a commitment to time, type, or quantity, "Jumla Pro" periodically updates the site"s content.
* The customer must individually note the date of the update - if any - while being aware of the possibility of an error or omission.
*We may update the website occasionally and change the content anytime. However, please note that any Site Content may be out of date.
* Intellectual property rights and all rights on the website, or any part of the site, whether by "Jumla Pro" or by the user, or any third party, such as your favorite items owned by "Jumla Pro."
* The user is aware of the legal responsibility that occurs if he uses any data belonging to "Jumla Pro" without written permission and is exposed to the penalties imposed by "Jumla Pro" as a result.
* If a system or legislation prevents "Jumla Pro" from owning any rights or data automatically obtained from using the site, the customer agrees to grant "Jumla Pro" all powers within the limits permitted by law to collect, use, and share that data.
* The user is responsible for protecting his personal data and using the necessary and sufficient protection software.

Regarding the price:
*The price of the specific item/product you ordered will be the price on the website when the user places or amends the purchase order.
* If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we will have the right, at our sole discretion, to contact you to direct or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
* In all cases, "Jumla Pro" has the right to modify the prices and notify you if there is any modification.
* If the "Jumla Pro" website accepts your purchase order, the same value will be deducted from your credit card account, and you will be notified by email or text message. You will be obligated to pay cash on delivery if cash payment is chosen or when we can not debit the card.
* "Jumla Pro" can process credit card payments before sending the product you ordered.
* In all cases, if we have to cancel your order after processing the payment, the said amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card account.
*The user agrees that prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice. Furthermore, the description/performance of the products is based on the catalog and technical literature printed by the suppliers/agents. Therefore, the writing on each product is not affiliated with us and is subject to change without notice.
*In addition to the price, delivery or collection fees may also be required.

Regarding acceptance of purchase order:
* According to our sole decision, "Jumla Pro" reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order for any reason.
* Purchases are sometimes or always subject to certain restrictions:
*Restrictions on quantities available for purchase.
* Limitations of inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
* Or something similar that we determine according to need and individually. These are some of the cases that may lead to canceling the order.
*More information may be requested before accepting any purchase order.
*We will contact you if all or any part of your order is canceled; alternatively, if additional information is needed to accept your order.
* The user is responsible for ensuring the credit/debit card is active during the refund process.

Regarding non-receipt of the application:
*If no person is authorized to receive the order at the location specified by the user, the driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving the specified location.
* The driver will only communicate with the user by calling the registered mobile number.

Regarding amending the request:
* “Jumla Pro” has the right not to accept modification and cancellation requests. If those requests are accepted, you must follow up on your request with the technical support team.
* Given how "Jumla Pro" systems work, you can reorder by contacting Customer Service if you wish to add products to your order.
* Orders canceled after delivery or partially canceled during delivery are subject to a cancellation fee determined by “Jumla Pro,” provided that it does not exceed the value of the order, and it is deducted from the refund amount for delivery and processing.
* The user agrees and waives his right not to object to the decision “Jumla Pro” took regarding his receipt of orders and accepts it as it was received.
* If the user orders items and it turns out that they are not available, he can choose to replace them with the nearest item or cancel the item entirely.

Regarding the expiration of products:
* We carefully play our role in selecting goods/products with the appropriate expiration date.
*Please note that fresh produce has a limited shelf life.
* In the event of any expired item, "Jumla Pro’s" responsibility is limited to refunding the related amounts upon receipt, so please inform us immediately.

Regarding returns, exchanges, and complaints:
Please note that some products have a limited shelf life determined by the manufacturer.
* When you notice a defect in the product upon delivery, you have the right to refuse receipt, and you have the right to request a replacement or refund, subject to the following:
* If the order has not been shipped within (24 hours) the user can modify or cancel without fees. However, if the order has been shipped, the customer will be charged the fee for returning the product, provided it has not been opened and remains in its original condition.
* For any items that require exchange or return, please contact "Jumla Pro" customer service as soon as possible.
* If you notice apparent damage to the products included in your orders, you have the right to refuse to accept the order, and you can file a complaint about the order through the WhatsApp icon at the bottom of the website page.
* Please ensure, in all cases, that the complaint request is attached with a photo of the damaged product to verify the product"s condition, taking into account not to open the product or its closed packaging.
* Acceptance of the complaint by the customer service team at “Jumla Pro” means that processing cash or credit card refunds will take 14 working days in the broadest possible sense, especially when there is a third party. The period will increase during an emergency, official holiday, or technical obstacle.
* In all cases of return and exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, and any product that does not meet these conditions and any condition specified by the “Jumla Pro” website will not be accepted.
