Regarding returns, exchanges, and complaints:
Please note that some products have a limited shelf life, as determined by the manufacturer.
- If you notice a defect in the product upon delivery, you have the right to refuse receipt, and you have the right to request a replacement or a refund, subject to the following:
- If the order has yet to be shipped within (48 hours) the user can modify or cancel without fees. However, if it has been shipped, the customer will be charged the return fee for the product, provided that the product has yet to be opened and remains in its original condition.
- For any items that require replacement or return, please contact customer service at the "Jumla Pro" website as soon as possible.
- If you notice apparent damage to the products included in your orders, you have the right to refuse to accept the order, and you can file a complaint about the order through the WhatsApp icon at the bottom of the website page.
- Please make sure in all cases to attach a picture of the damaged product to the complaint request to verify the product"s condition, taking into account not opening the product or its closed packaging.
- Accepting the complaint by the customer service team at "Jumla Pro" necessarily means that it takes 14 business days to process cash or credit card refunds, in the broadest sense, especially when there is a third party, and the period will increase in the event of an emergency, official holiday, or technical obstacle.
- If the customer wishes to exchange without an actual reason for the quality of the product or delivery of an incorrect product, the exchange request will be accepted within a maximum period of 48 hours from receiving the product. Note that the customer bears the fees for issuing the refund policy.
* In all cases of return and exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, and any product that does not meet these conditions and any condition specified by the "Jumla Pro" website will not be accepted.
